Dubai Best is published by Bonacci Real Estate L.L.C (Dubai Trade Licence No. 1654283, RERA No. 64531).

When you submit an enquiry form we receive your name, mobile number and the page you enquired from. We pass them to our customer-relationship system so an adviser can contact you about that enquiry.

If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.

On public pages we may use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google) to measure how the site is used, and the Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms) to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram advertising.

These services receive the pages you view, your browser and device type, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and their own cookies or identifiers. We also tell them when a project page is viewed, when a WhatsApp button is clicked and when an enquiry is completed — with the project, page and language only. We never send your name, phone number or email address to them.

Our own servers also count landing-page visits without storing personal details.

Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel are not loaded for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, when your location cannot be determined, or when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. They never run on our administration pages.

You can stop this measurement by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser, using Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, adjusting your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, or clearing your cookies.
